and the Southern California Environmental Golf Foundation (SCEGF) The San Diego GCSA is a non-profit trade association with members consisting of San Diego County’s golf course superintendents and leading suppliers to the golf course industry in San Diego. It was founded in the early 1960’s and its members represent all segments of the golf course industry. The organization’s office is located in San Marcos, California.
