Advancement of education and research in the field of turfgrass improvement and management, the collection and dissemination of information, environmental protection, and the promotion of public awareness and safety, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code.

 
About San Diego Golf Course Superintendents Association (SDGCSA) 
and the 
Southern California Environmental Golf Foundation (SCEGF)

The San Diego GCSA is a non-profit trade association with members consisting of San Diego County’s golf course superintendents and leading suppliers to the golf course industry in San Diego. It was founded in the early 1960’s and its members represent all segments of the golf course industry. The organization’s office is located in San Marcos, California. The Southern California Environmental Golf Foundation is the charitable arm of San Diego GCSA and a separate, 501(c)(3) organization.
